7-Days Free Return & Exchanges

• All Unityvogue products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• There are absolutely NO CHARGES for exchanging products – it's on us!

To initiate a return or exchange, simply raise your request here 

Same-Day Refund & Exchange Process

• Once your return or exchange request is verified by our support team, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours.
• Our courier partner will pick up the product within 1-2 business days.
• As soon as the product is picked up, your refund or exchange will be processed on the same day

  Note: The courier may refuse pickup if:

  • The original tags are not intact.
  • The product shows signs of being worn, washed, or soiled.

Refund Details

• Prepaid Returns: The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be initiated to the bank account provided during the return request.

What if I don’t receive my refund?

• You’ll receive an email or SMS notification once your refund is processed.
• Refunds to bank accounts for prepaid orders typically take 7-10 business days.
